Return & Refund Policy

At Sitr Collection, we want you to be happy with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Be in the same condition as when it was received.
Be unworn and unused.
Be unwashed and free from stains, makeup, perfume, odors, or any other signs of use.
Have all original tags and packaging, where applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or otherwise returned in a condition that is different from when it was sent.

How to Request a Return

Please do not send any items back before contacting us.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return address and any additional instructions needed to complete the return.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Sitr Collection does not cover or reimburse return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure that it meets our return requirements.

Approved returns are generally processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.

Once your return has been approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of returning the item to Sitr Collection is also the customer's responsibility and will not be deducted or reimbursed by Sitr Collection.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

International Returns

Sitr Collection ships worldwide. Customers outside our local market are responsible for any costs associated with returning an order, including return shipping fees and, where applicable, customs duties, taxes, or other charges related to the return.
